Honey Ice Cream with Lavender
Ingredients
6 oz (170g) lavender honey
3/4 pint (420ml) whipping cream
1 teaspoon fresh lavender flowers
Preparation Method
If the honey is thick, thin it down with a little of the cream. Whip the remaining cream until it holds soft peaks and fold in the honey and lavender flowers.
Turn the mixture into a shallow freezer tray or individual serving dishes. Cover and still freeze without stirring until firm.
